Seasonal Cities Tokyo Two Rooms Restaurant

It’s going to be around the 23C mark and sunny for much of the weekend in Tokyo. If I was there I would be heading to Two Rooms. Love this review from our autumn 2014 Tokyo writer, Danielle Demetriou.

Two Rooms

Wander across a water-terrace bridge, through a contemporary walnut interior, past the acclaimed restaurant and its fashionable diners, and head straight outside. Lounging is rarely more stylish than on this fifth-floor terrace, with low seating and relaxing views across the rooftops of the fashion district of Aoyama. An epic 1,800-strong wine cellar plus an expertly mixed cocktail list with seasonal Japanese ingredients seal the deal.

Favourite drink: the yuzu mojito – made with the sweet Japanese citrus fruit yuzu, in season from around November – is always a winner.’
