Summer is coming down under and it’s going to be 27C and sunny in Sydney this weekend. One of my favourite walks is the Bondi to Bronte coastal walk. In two weeks’ time the Sculpture by the Sea exhibition starts, making it an even more scenic stroll along the cliffs. Really like this review of the event from our Sydney writer Kristy Barratt (kristymariebarratt.com). And it’s completely free.
Sculpture by the Sea
The Bondi to Bronte coastal walk is one of Sydney’s most seductive sights. During this event you can experience this popular stretch of coastline while browsing intricate sculptures handcrafted by local and international artists. Start your walk at Tamarama Beach, where the 100-plus sculptures begin, and wend your way back along the two-kilometre trail to Bondi. Stop at Icebergs for a post-walk tipple.
From 23 October to 9 November.
